OBS on Stream PC freezes/crashes

This is a very weird issue, and I am not sure how to even begin troubleshooting this problem. First this is a dual PC stream setup, and my Gaming PC rebooting is causing my Streaming PC OBS to freeze/crash/stop responding. I am connected via an AVerMedia Capture Card for game and audio is using a GoXLR Mini.

OBS on my Stream PC started freezing/crashing if I restart my Gaming PC while I am live. This has not happened in the past and never had any issues. Last night OBS would not show any dropped frames, network issues or anything else at all. Then it would hard freeze a few seconds after my Gaming PC was starting to reboot (blue screen of shutting down - Windows Message).

I just recently updated to the latest version of OBS yesterday. I also have not had to reboot my Gaming PC while stream in almost a month or more since I try to get reboots done before I got live. I don't know if this has been an issue before this latest update. I am attaching my crash log in the hope someone can point me in the right direction on how to fix this.

Sorry for the post it happed last night, and I went to bed last night without troubleshooting at 2am. I woke up and posted my issue without even trying to troubleshoot myself.

I just realized what is happening and why it is freezing now. The files my stream pc is using for scenes and stuff is all located on my Gaming PC and is being shared via a network drive location. I am going to have to get that sorted out.
