Question / Help OBS on mac

SO when i Skype with friends and I'm trying to record audio with it i can't hear them. I checked all the mac settings and i can't figure it out
 
Might be best to post in the OBS-MP area, Mac subforum instead. This one is for OBS Classic, the legacy Windows-only codebase.
