Obs on mac freeze the stream if using zoom or skype

Hello. I have the issue that obs freeze if i add to the live stream either the zoom call or skype. Also if switch beetween scenes the stream slow down incredibly.
my mac is 2012 retina 8gb ram. I am wondering if the new one mac book with 16gb ram have the same issues or it is only related to my old mac that can’t support it?
even if i open spotify the stream froze a lot. At the moment i m switching beetwen ipad/iphon trough the rodecaster but i would love to use obs like everyone else is doing.

I am having the same issue. My OBS feed will freeze in Zoom? Anyone have an answer? I'm on a Macbook pro, 32GB. Useing OBS 26.1.

Note, it used to work and stopped a while back.

since i thought the issue was related to the video driver i solved this problem with a plugin that allows me to use the ipad/iphone as external interface to make videocalls. Actually it works really well!
