Bug Report Obs now crashing when i start broadcast

did not start crashing till this update. saw a post saying to remove any overclocks which i did and now obs crashes (before it was bsod my system) when i go live but not when i preview. uninstalled and reinstalled video drivers . did not help. im at a lose right now.

updated correctly i hope.
so i updated the clr browser and its dependencies which seems to have fixed the crashing . performance is still less then it was before but i can stream at least. thank you .
