Hi, new to the forum.
I'm running a Samsung Galaxy Book 4 360 5G, which has a Snapdragon(R) X Elite - X1E80100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU (3.42 GHz) processor on board. Since getting this laptop a few months back, I have been unable to use OBS Studio with MS Teams. When trying to select my OBS camera as the input I get a message saying the camera is being used by another application. I can get it to work with Teams through the web browser, however the quality degrades so badly that my company logo etc pixelate to the extent they are unreadable. I cannot get it to work at all in the app.
Are there any specific settings that need to be changed? I've tried a load of troubleshooting, as well as having an outsourced IT company troubleshoot, and we cannot figure it out at all.
I've attached the latest log from OBS Studio in the event that this can help someone shed some light onto this.
My previous laptop (Samsung Galaxy Book 3), worked absolutely fine. It also works on my desktop PC, but I need this to work on the laptop for work.
Of course, any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Ian
