Question / Help OBS not working with ElGato HD60.

My OBS isn't working with the ElGato. I installed both of the Elgato softwares (32 and 64-Bit). This is worked fine on my Xbox 360 but it doesn't work on my PS4. When I click "Preview Stream" It shows up "No Signal" and I have everything hooked up right otherwise, I wouldn't be playing my PS4.
