OBS not working with capture card on my Laptop,please help

Hello,i have a Acer Aspire E15 Laptop with Intel HD 5500 graphics only,no Nvidia or other graphic cards,it has USB 3.0 port,4GB DDR3 L Memory,intel core i3-5005U,500 GB HDD,Windows 10.I've downloaded OBS from the official site and it works with all features but not with the external capture card.I attache some photos.Black screen.I have done all possible suggestions saw on Youtube.The capture card is a chinese made from amazon but it should be fine based on all recensions,i only want to use it to record gameplay from my xbox one.If someone could please help me...
