Question / Help OBS not working properly...

Im having trouble getting my stream to run will, its either very pixelated when i move in-game or its super shopy and lagy. Im thinking its my monitors resolution but ive changed it nurmorous time and still cant get a good stream quality.

If you go to my Twitch channel you can look at a few videos i streamed to see what i mean they are very short but enough to give you a clue to whats going on

My current voip is 120 mb download and 5 mb upload

Monitor res - 1680 x 1050 my game monitor | 1600 x 900 my 2nd monitor

My computer stats are

CPU -Intel Core i7 920 @ 4.10GHz

RAM - 16.0GB DDR3

Graphics - Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost XLR8

PhysX -Nvidia GTX 250

No, it's not...are you sure it's the latest log, and that OBS was closed when you tried to get the log?

Yes i go to open log folder and its empty
