OBS not working on Twitch

today i tried to stream on Twitch (i started streaming with OBS 1 week ago) and my screen wasn't showing, the preview and everything on OBS was working but on Twitch i could only hear the audio from the stream, i went to review the VOD and it was all fine, video and audio working perfectly... has somebody else encountered this problem after the latest update (31.0.2)?

Sounds like your bitrate is too high probably, Twitch recommends a maximum of 6000.
