Obs not working for record screen

Hello, I've a problem with OBS for record screen, I already see many videos but none fix my problem...
Always I try to record screen and a gray windows, lock the image

When I record a game windows, sometimes work, someone can help me please?!!
The config of my computer is:
-> i5-5200U
-> 8GB RAM
-> Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500
-> NVIDIA GeForce 920M

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

Harold, the metod of the post not working... I try to disable the adapter of controller NVIDIA, when I make this, the OBS working!!!! I got it record my screen, after I enable the adapter and continued working, I'll test, thanks so much

No, but the instructions of post that you indicated not working, so I tried disable the Nvidia adapter and the obs working normally, after I enable nvidia adapter and continued working
