OBS NOT WORKING AFTER AMD SOFTWARE UPDATE

I no longer can use my AMD encoder when recording videos after updating to the latest amd software. Does anyone know the reason or how to fix? I dont want to use the other software encoder because it does not work as good here are my log files below.

Use DDU to wipe the AMD drivers then reboot and install the current AMD driver
