Question / Help OBS not streaming to Twitch

So I hooked my capture card up to a computer that i dont normally use, but its all I got currently. On my primary computer, I can stream no issues. However, here, I press "Start Streaming," OBS says its streaming, but Twitch says nothing. I tried lowering bit rate. Nothing. I tried resetting my stream key. Nothing. Ive restarted several times, and still nothing.
EDIT: I Just presssed stream and now its working. ;-;

I'm having the same issue, everything is working as always, but I keep pressing "Start streaming" and my twitch page keeps telling me that I'm offline!!

Where's this "Stream" button that you pressed? It's a different button from "Start streaming"??
