Bug Report Obs not streaming at set FPS

Hey guys,

I've been streaming for a while now with obs and i havent noticed this at all until the recent update.
I have my fps set to 30 for my stream. But for some reason it will only go up to 20. i tried changing the fps up and down but it doesnt seem to more. any idea whats the matter?

This is a common confusion -- windows 7 cannot capture monitor with aero enabled at higher than about 20ish FPS. This isn't a bug, this is a windows 7 limitation. For maximum performance, I would recommend that you use game capture or window capture on the game you wish to play, and disregard trying to capture the monitor.

However, if you -really- want to capture the monitor though, you can disable aero in video settings, then it will capture fine. Again not recommended but not detrimental either so it's not a huge deal.
