OBS not staying connected to Twitch & dropped frames

So I have been streaming for some time now & in the last week I have been having issues staying connected to Twitch (I get "You have been disconnected from the server" but my stream on the twitch side is still running). I have also been having issues with dropping frames.

I have attached the last log that I have. I cannot get another server as I am receiving the following error. I am at the point of extreme frustration.

Your log only shows you opening and closing OBS.

I was having issues connecting with the Twitch docks - when I added streamlabs it helped resolve some issues
