OBS' stability is just fine and is not the issue here. Your Internet connection however is the issue.

Run an upload test here (be sure to pick a server near yourself and do the same in OBS). Whereas SpeedTest is acceptable for day to day use, it is not really reliable for determining the stability of a connection for streaming purposes. TestMy's results are more reliable for that particular purpose.

Regardless, assuming SpeedTest is roughly accurate -- 0.84 Mbps really is very, very, very little to work with. Particularly for a multiplayer title. Let me guess, League of Legends? If so, League of Legends is a bandwidth hog and basically eats through most of that 0.84 Mbps just by itself. Leaving essentially nothing to work with for streaming.

TL;DR -- You're not going to be streaming, get a better Internet connection.
