OBS Not shutting down properly error

Every time I close OBS I get a OOPS something went wrong error, at the same time when I re launch I get OBS did not shut down properly would you like to start in safe mode message. I have been having issues with OBS for quite a while but normally does not affect my stream but lately it has, I have even gone as far as using a DDU and going way back to a more stable NVIDIA driver. I have tried googling the crash error but honestly I am a bit confused on what to do about it.

Crashes on exit are typically due to third party plugins.
You should verify if are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using. Or remove it.

I am a bit of a noob, how do I see what plugins I have..honestly I have not really downloaded any that I know of. Also, if it helps I am getting this in crash report if you did not see it.. "CrBrowserMain" is the thing crashing.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
