Question / Help OBS not sending stream bytes

I was streaming not too long ago and it was working,now I try again but it only sends for 10 seconds then it stays at 0 without anything sending to twitch
then 5 minutes later I get a notification saying obs disconnected...reconnecting
but that doesn't do anything
