OBS not saving Dock/UI settings when minimizing or reopening

After the most recent update if OBS is minimized / everytime it opens its as if the UI resets and curom docks / build in docks do not maintain position before closed.

Also want to add I tired the jrdockie plugin and was experiencing crashes I assume its not compatable with the current version of OBS
