Question / Help OBS not restarting stream when no packets / data being sent

So now and then my ISP maybe has a glitch. OBS stops sending packets but still thinks it is "streaming". The bottom right area is grey with 0kb/s. It will stay like this until manually stopped and restarted.

Any ideas why, or more importantly: how to get OBS to detect that it is not sending any packets therefore is not actually connected to the server, so to restart the stream?

OK I think when this happens, it has already reconnected. But for some reason not published or streaming....
I will set reconnect delay a bit longer(had it on 10 seconds) - will try 30 seconds and see if it is any better.
