Question / Help OBS "Not Responding"

So yesterday I was streaming OBS for 13 hours, perfect with no flaws.
This morning I proceed to click "Start Streaming" and it doesn't do anything for 10 seconds then it will say in the top right hand corner "not responding"

Anyone else have this problem, please help! Thanks!
