Bug Report OBS Not responding

OBS crashes on me sometimes when I stop streaming or disconnect. I'm unable to close the process in process explorer or task manager. Any known fixes?
 
If you are unable to terminate the process, this indicates a device driver or hardware is locking some resource. Check your drivers are all updated and your hardware is stable.
