Question / Help OBS Not Responding

So this started recently, not sure what is causing it. But it's not even when I'm streaming or recording, but also when OBS is simply open. Keeps freezing for a couple seconds, says it's not responding, then it's fine.

From what I can tell, obs keeps adding an audio buffer to the mic/aux, which is coming in from my gaming pc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Increasing audio buffering is usually a symptom of system overload.

There's no output session here to analyze, but you do have a number of media sources. Not sure if that relates.

Also you're using the test build, I think most of the posts relating to that should be in the test build forum.
