OBS not responded after a while of streaming and my stream ended suddenly

While i was live streaming on Youtube my viewers told me that my stream is buffering and after few seconds the stream ended and i checked obs so its like full whitescreen and i cant even do anything its crashed....its happening from last 3-4 days and i need solution...my GPU driver and everything is uptodate but i was using previous version of OBS....please help me faster

real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding.
So are you streaming (analogy - driving) blind, or are you monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, Disk I/O etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings
And then there is also doing real-time monitoring (typically at router) of your Internet connection? Hopefully you aren't using WiFi. And know exactly what everything device on LAN is doing in terms of traffic/bandwidth consumption?
