OBS not recording when it says it is

Good evening,
Today I recorded my screen for about two hours but when I checked the video file it was just 1 hour and 18 minutes long. It is weird because at the two hour mark I had to stop the recording, so it was supposedly recording but it only did so for a while. Here are the logs:

I tried to apply all you said. As for the encoder, I don't have Nvenc as an option in de dropdown menu, only software (x264) and hardware (QSV).

Sorry I forgot to reply. I tried with hardware qsv and 720 p and it works perfectly. The only thing is that I have to set my screen resolution to 720 or it will only record part. Anyway problem solved. Thank you very much for your help!
