OBS not recording UbiConnect

I have had this for only a month or two
Was working fine around middle of August, I still have videos I recorded August 15 and 16 saved
Now nothing

Not sure if OBS, UbiConnect or both

Today I discovered it is specific to not acknowledging my hotkeys no matter what I set them to
I usually go for a 2 button combo Alt + (something), also tried Ctrl + (something) even tried a single button

But then I tried today going to the actual OBS window on my desktop and manually clicking Start Recording then after a few seconds Stop Recording, this worked fine though it gives the OBS window at the beginning and end of video plus a few seconds of black screen when switching to the running Ubisoft program and back

Since that works, it seems to be something specific to OBS hotkey use suddenly not working since middle of August
I have no idea what to do next

I tried Steam and other non-Ubisoft programs, they work just fine

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Run OBS as Admin.
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Camera).

Did the first 3, tried today, it looks to be working, not sure which was the issue

Did not know of #4, I have switched to using Display Capture since summer for simpler manageable recording of anything with less Profiles and Scenes, setting up so many different individual Game Captures was a lot of work
Never tried using the Camera with a Game Capture before

I am going to forward the first 3 on to Ubisoft, maybe they will add them to their Support pages if that is OK so the info can help others
When I searched before posting, every post I found with a similar issue to mine anywhere had none of those 3 fixes listed
