Question / Help OBS Not Recording Overwatch at 60 FPS

Title says it all. It can record pretty much any other game smoothly at 60 fps, but for some reason Overwatch looks incredibly choppy. Even if I set it to lossless, the gameplay still doesn't get 60.

Please let me know if it's a software or a hardware issue.

looks like you maxing gpu, so you dont have vsync enabled, or if its 144hz monitor you should switch desktop refresh=ingame fps setting=60 and make sure vsync is on

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 30766 (43.3%)

Your GPU is maxed out.
In Overwatch, Set Video > Advance > Render Scale to 100 if it is over 100.
If its still not working, limit FPS around -10% what you get now (so you get 100 fps, limit to 90 fps).

That seems to have helped quite a bit. Is there a way to tell what frames the video itself is actually recorded at? When I play it back, it doesn't seem to be at 60 fps.

Thank you for your help so far!

Scratch that - I'm only getting like 40 fps for some reason. How can I improve this? Shouldn't a 1070 be able to handle Overwatch? I have friends with 1060s who are steadily running at 80 frames.
