I am trying to record my Nintendo switch through a capture card but there is no audio. I've followed dozens of tutorials to fix the problem but nothing is working and I don't know what to do

No Audio Output from Nintendo Switch (NSW) to OBS | HDMI to USB 2.0 dongle
(A) Checked the Windows Volume Mixer on the lower right-hand side of the laptop screen.
Step A.1: User mouse drag start on "Position (thumb)" in "Volume Mixer - Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)"
Step A.2: User mouse drag end on "Speakers (text)" in "Volume Mixer - Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)"
(B) Checked the Windows Setting > Sound > Input >
