Question / Help OBS Not Recording My Audio.

I have been trying for the past 2 days. Each time I plug my headphones, and I record a video, the audio doesn't record. All my settings are fine, so I don't know what is wrong with my OBS. I have tried un-installing and re-installing it, but that didn't do anything. May I get assisted with help, or is this just a bug?

And I could not enter a log file, because it has been saying that the file was too large, even though it was for 5 seconds.
