OBS not recording Minecraft in fullscreen - only showing frozen frame with audio.

I've often experienced that when trying to record Minecraft with OBS, it's not allowed to me to record in fullscreen. When I have, it only displays a frozen frame from when I entered fullscreen. As soon as I exit fullscreen, the footage runs normally. Also, when using Display Capture to try and fix the issue, my mouse disappears from my screen when in fullscreen.
I've scoured the internet and forums for answers, but any solutions already posted don't work.
I'd extremely appreciate a prompt fix, as I need the software to work very soon for YouTube.

3. Remove Display Capture
4. If Game Capture still doesn't work after those changes, try Window Capture.
