It works if I use my blue yeti as source. OBS shows audio is being played by the audio-gd dac amp. but it doesn't record nor stream it. I tried every setting I could find in OBS. And more as well. Plus spending several hours searching google and Youtube.

EDIT: Also tried OBS Classic. OBS classic works as well.
EDIT2: Since it works with OBS Classic. Is there a way to copy the file or files that handles audio drivers onto obs studio? Perhaps it will work together, and fix this issue?
EDIT3: It also works in OBS 13.1. But not in a few earlier versions. Gonna see recent I can get with the versions where it is working. Maybe later files if not the same are more compatible if it where to work copy pasting them over current version which does not work for me.
EDIT4 IMPORTAN!!: It works in OBS Studio up until 13.1. But the audio has scratches, so not fluid audio. 13.2 has these things regarding audio in the notes. "
EDIT5: Another possible solution. Driver signature file, wherever and whatever it's called in OBS Classic and the new one. Copy paste settings from old, so perhaps it work? I don't know.. Just wild guesses. :)
Cheers

- Fixed a case where audio would completely stop outputting from certain sources
- Fixed a case where audio for certain sources would go out of sync
- Fixed multiple cases where audio latency would increase unnecessarily
- Fixed a bug where multi-track audio outputs would potentially not be in sync
