Question / Help OBS not recording Bluestacks in HD.

Hello!

I was tryin' to record some Clash of Clans in Bluestacks, however it doesn't seem to be recording in HD. I only have a 1366x728 monitor so it won't be 1080p, but it looks more of 360p-480p when recording, it just isn't as clear as I see other YouTubers have.

Just a mention, I've recorded other games in HD before that weren't in Bluestacks.

Changes the bitrate selection type to be quality based.

Instead of a fixed number for the maximum bitrate, it causes the encoder to select a bitrate based on the amount of data in the individual frame. fully-black frames for long periods would end up at around 100kbit for video, while high motion frames could get as high as 40mbit.
