Question / Help OBS not recording at 60fps

Hello all!

Starting off, the log https://gist.github.com/dce21113b3e0e87b8d5a0d35fa04d8ac

So my problem is that I want to record at 60fps and it works (kinda), but when I go to edit said videos I always get greeted by a message wanting to change the project framerate to the one of the video. Upon further inspection, it turns out that OBS actually doesn't record at the promised framerate, but with something in the 56-59fps range.

My question is what have I done wrong to upset the program?

Thanks in advance!

I first noticed that OBS has been doing that ever since I've been putting them into Sony Vegas, as it always asks if I want to match the video to the project.

Sony Vegas is known to cause some preview lag. Do nothing to the clip in Sony Vegas and render it to see if OBS does really record in 60fps

No no, it doesn't have anything to do with Vegas as what happens with Vegas' performance. I checked through "Properties" what Windows had to say about it, and it also shows 56fps, even though it is recording at "60fps"

No, it doesn't happen. But is there something wrong with my settings, maybe? The stuff I record is heavy on the CPU, but not the GPU, so I'd rather have the GPU do the encoding.

This is weird, the log says that you're recording at 60 fps. but 56 for the video properties...
