I work with OBS and Iriun webcam with my iphone for over 6 months and never had issues.
mistakenly I uninstalled Iriun from my PC and immidietly reinstalled it, after installing I went and open OBS to connect the camera and start working and couldn't detect the Iriun webcam option on the video capture device settings.
my iphone is connected properly to Iriun webcam and it works and shows on my PC, yet the device isn't shown on OBS.
thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, i´ve not the same issue, i could see the webcam from iriun in obs but if i want to record it stops with an nvidia codec error. If i delete the Iriun webcam all went fine.
Oh i see yet it is in the windows area, i work with OBS Flatpak

Hello, have you solved the problem? I have the same thing, I can't figure out what it's related to. Reinstalled obs and iriun. And by the way, there is no iriun in the obs cameras, but there is an iriun in the microphone output.

i don't know if anyone also has splitcam installed or not but i have obs, splitcam and iriun i've tested it with the option to disable media foundation frame server, which disappeared the iriun webcam option from obs, after uninstalling and reinstalling unchecking the option to disable the media foundation frame server, works fine again...

I resolved this issue on Windows 11 and it was actually pretty easy to resolve.

First of all, make sure you have your Iriun software and app running in both PC and smartphone. You must make sure you have the camera image showing in the PC.

Then:

- Go to Windows Settings;
- Go to Bluetooth and Devices;
- Cameras;
- Then click on "Connected Cameras";
- Click "Disable" button;
- Click "Enable" button;
- Then on OBS Studio, close the Camera Properties window (if opened) and the try to add the camera now.
- Voilá

That's what made it back to work for me. I believe that for some reason, a service that I don't know, had the camera stuck in it.
Please, let me know if this resolve for you guys too.

Thanks and cheers.
