OBS not recognizing camera

And have you proven that Windows 10 itself recognizes the camera? A c922 should recognized by OBS as there are a lot of us who use it for streaming. Start with getting the webcam setup and installed correctly with the provided Logitech software before sending us here on a wild goose chase. This is not the Logitech webcam technical support forums.

i have a seree 4k camcorder that I purchased from amazon...when i plug in the hdmi to cam link and connect to obs the camera screen goes black and I have no preview
