Hi I did bring this up in another post, but reaffirming my confusion due to having absolutely smooth videos up until today when I try and record the same game (no windows / ingame or OBS settings have changed since each recording)
I now have terrible stuttering (local recording only, game itself is buttery smooth) and upon reviewing the log I noticed the duplicate frames but alarmingly OBS is only recognising 1Gb Physical memory.

My specs are in my sig, should have 16gb.
