Question / Help OBS not receiving game audio

Hello I have a Dual PC set up using the Elgato HD60 game capture card which is installed on my streaming PC. Using OBS 21.0.1, I have figured out how to receive my microphone audio, but nothing from my gaming desktop itself such as a game. When I stream to twitch, all I can hear is my voice, not the game.

Microphone and headset are connected to game PC. I had to use the audio repeater app to get the microphone to feed through to OBS.

Gaming PC:
~Processor - Intel Core i5-7600K @3.80GHz
~RAM - 16.0 GB
~System type - 64 Bit
~GPU - GTX 1060

Streaming PC
~Processor - i7-8700K
~RAM - 16.0 GB
~System type - 64 Bit
~Motherboard - ROG STRIX Z370-I Gaming
~GPU - whatever is on the motherboard (no peripherals as apparently not required according to many people)

In the mixer, click on the wheel for any audio source for your Scene.
Make sure Elgato Advanced Audio Properties is set to Monitor and Output and the appropriate track is checked
