Question / Help OBS Not picking up system sounds at all?

I installed OBS and while both streaming and previewing stream, the program isn't picking up any sounds from my computer itself, only from my mic. As far as I can tell, I set up the proper mic and whatnot, any possible fixes?

audio tab in settings. set desktop audio device to default if you have multiple audio devices you'll have to select the one you use for that game/program but it will capture everything coming from that audio device.

check volume levels on the OBS window as well
