OBS not picking up Soundcard

Hi there, Im hoping you can help on this one (Praying!)
Just moved my OBS over to a newer PC. I've plugged in my sound card and OBS is saying its there but no sound?
I also use BUTT and the sound car is there and I can stream, But for no explained reason Win seams to have it blocked.
Ive been into the Mic settings and turned all the apps on, It even says that OBS is using the card, but silence, nothing even flashing on the meters, only the webcams.
Id be extremely grateful for any help here.

Ok, so for no explained reason, I got to bed around 4am, got back up at 9am and fired up the Pc and OBS and there is the signal?!?!? Exactly where it should be!
I give up! I’m happy! Confused! But going back to bed
 
I have your problem, too. The audio mix for my stream is coming in through an audio interface device into the PC on USB. I can select the interface card as an audio source in OBS, but there is no signal.

The PC is grabbing the audio interface signal and using it as system sound before it has a chance to get to OBS.

As it happens, this is for the best, because I am using OBS to feed Zoom. I select the OBS Virtual Camera and the video source for Zoom and the system sound (which is coming from the audio interface) as the audio source for Zoom. It seems there is no way to get an audio signal from OBS directly into Zoom.
