Question / Help OBS - Not picking up sound at all

Hey guys, so when I first started recording with OBS everything was working perfectly, then all of a sudden everything audio wise stopped working. OBS Doesn't even pick up my sound at all.

If you have used OBS before you know that on the home page it shows you Desktop Audio and Mic/Aux... And when making noise or talking a green bar goes back and forth depending on how loud you are... Well I am no longer getting that green bar at all.

I am using a PC right now, so I have the Internal Microphone selected till I actually get one, and I have my headphones selected in the audio settings, but still nothing is working.
