Just to clarify, this only happens in OBS, no other voice recording software.
My problem is that when I am recording, although OBS does pick up my microphone, it only does so when I'm talking and cuts off recording when I'm not talking, so when I resume speaking there is a slight delay in picking up my voice or it isn't natural. The mic only seems to be picking up audio that is "yellow/red" section of the bar in the Mic/Aux section.
I would like for it to record all of the audio consistently, even when I'm not speaking so the audio flows better.
Audacity and other programs record the audio just fine, so it has to be an issue with OBS.
