Question / Help OBS not picking up PS4 audio with Avermedia c985

I have my ps4 hooked to my computer via hdmi. I am using a turtlebeach x12 as my ps4 headset and I have my seperate g930s for my PC headset. The only problem is OBS is not detecting any sound from my capture card/ps4 at all. Any help on what I could do is greatly appreciated.

I unplugged my turtlebeaches and sound instantly came to OBS. My question is how can I get the audio to OBS while still having a usb headset plugged into my PS4?

The only thing I can think of is to split the sound from your headset into the analog jack in the elgato.
