OBS not picking up Game Chat

If the audio is not coming out over HDMI, OBS cannot capture it.
I believe Warzone changed in a recent update to push party/in-game chat only over a headset if one is in use, instead of both the headset and HDMI output, if that's what you're playing. Had an earlier complaint about it within the last week or two.
But yeah. Make sure it's set up to output game chat over HDMI if possible. If you can't (apparently the recent Warzone update cannot) you may be able to use a special cable like the Elgato Chatlink if you're using a wired headset to feed chat in via an analog capture.
