Question / Help OBS not picking up game audio from my PC while headset is in use?

I've started using a gaming headset recently, but I've run into a problem - like the title says, whenever I'm using the headset (and streaming or recording games off of my PC), OBS doesn't capture game audio - only my mic. I've tried setting OBS's desktop audio device to stereo mix, and I've tried setting my default device to both the USB headset and stereo mix, then having OBS pick up my default device - but nothing seems to work.

EDIT: The above log file was generated under erroneous settings. This log file was made after a stream that gave me the same problems despite being configured properly: https://gist.github.com/add46d4047cc22d4a3eb

That was from my last stream attempt - I was basically trying everything at that point, since every other setting I had tried had failed me during local recordings.
