OBS not picking up DJ controller

Hello,
Recently bought a new Macbook with Big Sur/M1. Serato and my Pioneer controller all work fine with it. No issues. But when it comes time to set the audio up in OBS for streaming, OBS isn't picking up the controller. In the past I used Sound Siphon, but it's not compatible with Big Sur yet. So I downloaded a virtual audio cable. I've been folllowing the instructions on it and everything seems fine, except in OBS. Anyone else have this problem? I included screenshots of how I set everything up.

I think your problem is that you want to assign the controller to your Mac sound settings under Output. The controller gives the audio signal. On Input you can select your device.
In obs create a new source - audio Input capture and select default and oh should work.

If u use the Controller with serato, install „ishowU Audio capture“
After installed, Open serato - setup - Audio - Enable „Make Audio Available to Other Applications“.
Now you should be able to select ishowu at / new source - audio input capture. If not, try to select ishowu on your Mac sound settings under Input and set the obs Audio Input capture device as default
