Bug Report OBS not picking up Chrome.exe or Explorer.exe

As the title states the OBS system for me isn't picking up anything that is Chrome.exe or Explorer.exe for a window capture. It will however pick up everything else fine. Any games, and for Window capture it'll pick up my other softwares fine such as my Adobe AE and PS. I tried searching google for any answers related to this bug and could not find anything anywhere on this.

My specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 960
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory: 16.00 GB RAM
Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Driver Version: 365.10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

For Chrome.exe is only shows a black screen
For Explorer.exe it will show a search bar but only a white screen underneath it.

Chrome uses hardware acceleration, you have to turn it off.

I don't know why, but that doesn't seem to help with me
