OBS not outputting content to Decklink Duo 2 capture card

Output to my capture card was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now it does not output content. The connection to the capture card does seem to be active because when I change the resolution I see the change on the output devices but the content is not being sent out from OBS. Pretty sure everything is configured correctly. I am receiving content from the input devices to the capture card and I have the proper Decklink channel selected for output. I have reinstalled the OBS and Decklink software with no improvement.

I should have mentioned that I am able to stream to YouTube with no problems

I've just come back from leave to find the same issue. It seems to be related to OBS 31.1 - I've had to roll back to 31.0.4 to make Decklink work again

Somehow, my search missed the exisiting bug ticket: https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/12366

It's been fixed and merged - hopefully the fix will make it into the next stable release
