I have the same problem. I downloaded OBS, tried to open it, but the logo just appears on my dock at the bottom of my screen, then closes. So I restarted my computer and tried again. Same problem. Upgraded my iOS (now on El Capitan 10.11.6), same problem. I don't know how to make OBS open...
It downloaded onto my computer with no problems, but it will not open.
