Bug Report OBS not letting my Wii U connect to my wifi

So, pretty weird, and NO idea how its happening, but for some reason OBS is not letting my Wii U connect to my Wifi or any wifi when it is being streamed or previewed. I'm using the Elgato Game Capture HD 60 for my capture card and whenever I use the extension for it in OBS and either start streaming, recording or previewing, it completely disconnects my Wii U from my wifi connection. Just the Wii U disconnects, PC is connected to the router with an Ethernet Cable and all other home devices are fine. As soon as I stop previewing, recording, or streaming, it reconnects to the wifi no problem. My capture card uses usb 2.0 and I have it plugged into the usb 2.0 slot on my motherboard.

Help me, please.

If the problem doesn't occur without the game capture hd, the unit may be faulty and is leaking EMI.

I bought a second Capture Card to see if that was the problem, and it still gave me the same problem. Happens only when i have the Wii U running into OBS, when I'm streaming, recording, and even just previewing. The Software it comes with (some basic starter Elgato streaming software) does not give me this problem, but I've been using OBS for over a year, and would like to keep using it.
