Obs Not launching (obs.dll not located)

Basically cannot find a dll even though it there

that error doesn't say that the dll can't be found. it says that a core command in windows' api is missing because your windows 10 feature edition is out of date.

You're better off updating your windows feature edition. Older editions stop getting updates and stop being protected from internet threats.

OBS will not open after installation

Hello: I have downloaded and installed OBS on my system, when I go to open it I getb the following message, see attached file, can someone tell me how to fix this, thanks, Allen
