OBS not going live on Twitch even though it says it is

I hit Start Streaming, the button changes to blue and says Stop Streaming, nothing else happens. Never goes live, I've had it sat there at least 5 minutes. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Twitch account, checked everything's up to date

Does the problem persist WITHOUT the vertical canvas plugin?
